Terms of Use
Using WatchRadar
These terms were last updated on 27 September 2026.
WatchRadar provides informational content about movies and TV shows, including where titles may be available through third-party streaming services.
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse search, browse, accounts, or other site features.
Accounts and community features
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
Ratings, comments, lists, and profile content you post must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may remove content or disable accounts that break these terms.
Premium
Premium is an optional paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown when you check out. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Because of our payment provider's terms and international sanctions, Premium is not available to people located in or resident in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions, or to anyone on a sanctions list. Premium features are switched off while you are in those places. All free features remain available everywhere.
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Premium page. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
If you are a consumer in the UK you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. By starting Premium straight away you agree that the service begins immediately, so a refund in that window may be reduced for the time already used.
Premium features depend on availability data from third parties. We may add, change, or retire features, and will give notice before any change that materially reduces what Premium includes or changes its price.
Newsletter and alerts
The newsletter is free and only sent after you confirm your email. Availability alerts are a Premium feature. Both are informational: a title can arrive on or leave a service before or after we email you.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click from any issue, and turn alerts off in Settings.
Advertising, affiliates, and analytics
WatchRadar may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and may use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Premium members are not shown ads or sponsored cards.
Some provider and partner links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up or buy through them. This never changes which services we list for a title.
Ads are provided by third parties. We do not control every advertiser destination or offer.
No hosted video
WatchRadar does not host or store video files. Streaming availability links send you to each provider’s own platform, under that provider’s terms.
Availability information may change and is provided for convenience only.
Outbound links
Links to streaming services and partners open those services’ websites. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, catalogue, or account requirements.
Limitation of liability
WatchRadar is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that availability data is complete, accurate, or up to date.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it from Manage billing first; you can delete your account once the period you have paid for has ended.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a Premium account without a good reason under these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
