The fastest way to reach us is [email protected]. There is no phone line and no live chat. One clear email is enough. You do not need an account to write.
General questions
Tell us what you were trying to do and what you expected to happen. If a page looks wrong, paste the full address from the browser bar, including the title ID.

Accounts
Include your @handle, the email address on the account, and a short description of the problem. That covers forgotten passwords, a handle you cannot sign in with, and a profile photo that will not upload. You can delete your account yourself from Settings.
Do not send your password. We store a hash, not the password itself, and we will never ask you to email it.
Premium and billing
You can cancel Premium, update your card, and download invoices yourself from Manage billing on the Premium page. For anything else, such as a payment that went through but Premium did not switch on, email us with the address on your account and roughly when you paid.
Newsletter
Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you still receive emails after unsubscribing, forward one to us and we will remove the address by hand.
A listing looks wrong
Provider rows come from TMDB and can lag behind the app on your TV. If Netflix shows a title and WatchRadar does not, trust the app for playback and tell us the title page, your country, and which service you checked.
We can fix a broken page. We cannot add a stream that the data feed does not list, and we cannot move a title onto a service that has not licensed it.
Privacy
For access, correction, or deletion of account data, email [email protected] from the address on the account and say what you want done. The privacy policy explains what we store: account details, queue, lists, ratings, your chosen services, newsletter and Premium status, the session cookie, your region preference, and optional analytics.
Copyright
If you believe a page infringes your copyright, include the page URL, the title, what you own, and how we can reach you. We review valid notices. Metadata and artwork are supplied by TMDB. WatchRadar does not host the film or episode.
What we cannot help with
We cannot reset a Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, or other provider password. We cannot refund a rental or subscription bought on those services. We cannot provide copies of films, and we do not take requests to feature or hide a title for payment.
Response time
We aim to reply to legitimate messages within five business days. Messages that include the page address and a specific request are answered first. Automated or abusive mail may be ignored.
